The Annual AGM is followed by a talk and tour of the Roman Mancetter.

Your AGM is your opportunity to review the life of the Society over the past year, and provides an opportunity for you to help shape the purpose and aims of what is your Civic  Society.  Your views will be welcomed, as will your involvement.

As you know, the Society is an active society, with three strands of involvement.

• our programme of talks and events,
• projects of local and heritage value,
• our role in helping to preserve the best in the fabric of our town and environment, and maintain its character throughout whatever future development comes our way

For these reasons, a committee filled to its full capacity of 15 members would be                     A Very Good Thing!
