 is your opportunity to review the life of the Society over the past year\,
  and provides an opportunity for you to help shape the purpose and aims of
  what is your Civic  Society.  Your views will be welcomed\, as will you
 r involvement.\n\nAs you know\, the Society is an active society\, with th
 ree strands of involvement.\n\n 	our programme of talks and events\,\n 	pr
 ojects of local and heritage value\,\n 	our role in helping to preserve th
 e best in the fabric of our town and environment\, and maintain its charac
 ter throughout whatever future development comes our way\n\nFor these reas
 ons\, a committee filled to its full capacity of 15 members would be
